This is Photojournalist Fred G. Haseney with his eye on scientology. As Sea Org (“SO”) staff arrived for their Thursday before 2:00 PM statistic (“stat”) push, I toured the Pacific Area Command Base (“PAC Base” or “Big Blue”), the so-called “church” of scientology’s West Coast headquarters, in Los Angeles. As a result, I learned what the event will be that the Estates Project Force (“EPF”) and SO members have been preparing for. EPFers, by the way, are dedicated scientologists who have signed a Billion year contract to serve scientology, L. Ron Hubbard (“LRH”) and David “Let Him Die” Miscavige Enterprises, but have not yet been officially posted to the organization (“org”) that recruited them. That org, if it’s an org designed to serve scientology’s public, might be the Advanced Organization of Los Angeles (“AOLA”), American Saint Hill Organization (“ASHO”), the International Association of Scientologists (“IAS”), or the Los Angeles Organization (“LA Org”).

Photo Caption: ASHO continues to get a makeover. Workers apply a touch of blue paint to the repairs done recently to the front of that building. Great care has been taken to not splash paint on the first floor windows, steps and railings.

Photo Caption: The lion sleeps today. If you know anything about ASHO, then you’ll most likely know that a lion is their mascot, a kind of Protector of the Tech. A large metal sculpture of such an animal proudly guards ASHO from… Suppressive Persons (“SPs”)? In this picture, that sculpture outside of ASHO sits covered up while workman paint around it. I bet that the contractor has a stiff target: get the repairs done to the building that houses ASHO and LA Org by the end of business day, Friday, May 13, 2013. Why? Because I suspect that the 66th anniversary of dianetics will be held as an international event on Saturday, May 14, 2016.

Photo Caption: “14 May 2016 at Church of Scientology of Pasadena there will be a eye-opening extravagant event celebrating the anniversary of this amazing book. You will hear successes from around the world, have a chance to experience a Dianetics Seminar that can help you with troubles, anxieties and inesecurities. 9AM starts this wonderful seminar and 7PM starts the international event!” I’m not a perfect speller, but even I know a typo when I see one, Pasadena idle org (“inesecurities”). Wait, there are others. First, the paragraph starts with a number that should be written out alphabetically. Also, how about switching “an” for “a” as in “a eye-opener”? This ad is a eye-opener. (Screen grab courtesy Craigslist.)

I suspect that the event will originate from, wherever David “Let Him Die” Miscavige is that evening, and will be broadcast live into locations such as the Pasadena and PAC Base idle orgs. In a press release issued yesterday (“The 66th Anniversary of Dianetics Celebrated in Clearwater at the Scientology Information Center,” May 11, 2016), it was announced that the scientology Information Center in Clearwater, Florida, “… celebrates the Anniversary of Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health (“DMSMH”) published on May 9th, 1950 written by L. Ron Hubbard during the month of May…” A question for the Editors and Proofreaders at David “Let Him Die” Miscavige Enterprises: the way in which you wrote that statement makes it sound as if LRH had written DMSMH in the month of May. I’m no genius when it comes to such tasks, but there are two other minor errors: where are the commas and periods needed in this extra long sentence?

Photo Caption: On May 14, 2016, an event similar to the one in Pasadena will occur at Seattle’s idle org: doors open at 6:00 PM; “event presentation starts at 7:00 PM.”

Photo Caption: Preparations for the event on L. Ron Hubbard Way (“LRH Way”) include this metal frame over an entrance to Lebanon Hall (“LH”). To the left of it, there’s a stage; next to that are two speakers pointed at the Pacific Grill & Barbecue (“PGB”).

Photo Caption: A metal frame has been erected across the street from the one outside of LH. I suspect that further construction will connect the two with a roof or covering.

Photo Caption: This stage will most likely be used for live music.

Photo Caption: This morning, I earned a Security Guard (“SG”) as a personal escort. Scientology Loves Me, They Love Me Not…

Photo Caption: They’ve got “Event Tech” mastered; this stage at the Fountain Ave. side of PGB is much like the one set up for the last event at this location.

Photo Caption: A parking structure on the south side of Fountain Ave., where LRH Way meets that street, receives a wash in preparation for the event.

Photo Caption: I suspect this guy may be a SO member. Perhaps you know him yet haven’t seen him for a while because of scientology’s toxic “disconnection” policy?

Photo Caption: SGs don’t have “Bike Tech” down. In this photo, we have an example of two emotional tones from scientology’s “Emotional Tones Scale”: “Hide,” and “Can’t Hide.” Didn’t I photograph him earlier? Doesn’t he realize that?
